ROOT– A basic, fundamental yoga class.  Perfect for the beginner or anyone looking for a more gentle approach. This class will get you up and moving but then take you back down for deep stretching. We recommend beginners start here. The slower pace will allow you to learn the poses and their modifications to help meet your needs as you get started. You can stay here as long as you like, or you can move to the more vigorous classes when you feel ready.

TEN BUCK BASIC – This is the earliest afternoon class we offer. It is really designed with the teacher in mind, but has been attracting people from all walks, so feel free to join! BASIC is the name of the game, here. You will move slowly through a simple standing sequence. You will start and finish with deep stretching and relaxation. At 45 minutes long, this class is just what you need to get some movement in and get your mind right before heading home for your evening activities! No contract is required for this class, so drop in when you can. The $10 drop-in rate is a deal you can’t pass up!

GROW – An intermediate class for all levels.  You will be challenged yet offered opportunity for relaxation. You will sweat but have plenty of opportunity to cool down.  You will release the day’s stress and leave with a readiness to enjoy the evening and fall into deep sleep. This class is a traditional vinyasa flow class.

BLOOM – This 75 minute class is offered every Saturday morning giving you a chance to celebrate the week’s accomplishments in a playful and exhuberant way. The music is not your typical yoga sound; the laughter and chatter is welcome; and requests are taken for asanas you want to learn.  You will leave with a smile ear to ear and a heart ready to welcome Saturday in all of its glory!

LEVEL 1 – designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The classes offer slow-paced direction and a great level of detail for becoming familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

LEVEL 2 – designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.

LEVEL 3 – designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

ALL LEVEL – All Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.
